In her over 2 decades of rich professional experience in the IT industry, she has worked at some of the most prominent business houses across the globe, including some of the Fortune 500 clients in Energy, Logistics and Travel sectors. She is also a gifted leader and mentor, and is passionate about empowering women in technology. Her technical expertise combined with her never-say-can’t attitude has enabled DifferenTech come up with several innovative products and features.
Saumya holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from MIT, Manipal, one of India’s most reputed Professional colleges.

Kiran has over 2 decades of experience in the IT industry. He has handled various responsibilities in the IT industry, including large scale Program Management and Client Engagement for Global & Fortune 500 clients. Kiran is currently, the Co-founder, Managing Director & CEO, at DifferenTech Solutions and is responsible for building the vision/blueprint for the company and driving his team towards that common goal. Over the last few years, Kiran has been able to build a strong technology-focused team that provides cutting edge solutions to clients based in USA, Europe and India. He focuses on Customer growth and has a deep passion for how technology adoption can be a catalyst bringing change in Retail, Education and Health sectors, with wider social outcomes.
Before staring DifferenTech, Kiran had worked with other IT services companies, including Infosys, India’s top technology firm, for over 17 years, predominantly in the Retail Business vertical. He was managing Enterprise Transformation Programs for clients in USA and Europe.
